Our competence

Our goal is to contribute to the development of new therapies and active ingredients for diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases or neurodegenerative diseases. We use our bioanalytics and technology to understand the causes of the diseases and their course in representative cell and tissue models in real-time mode.

Our professorship is located in the BIO CITY LEIPZIG in the south of Leipzig, in the immediate vicinity of the German National Library, the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology and the Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy.
